Upon termination, Buyer must cease all sales activities and return or destroy any marketing materials or unsold products that contain Seller’s intellectual property.
7. Indemnity
Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Seller from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Buyer's breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the products.
8. Governing Law
